I have to admit, I was not an easy client. I had a very specific list of my "absolute needs" for a new home, including keeping my son in his current elementary school.
Lisa was incredibly helpful. She offered some great advice, sent us awesome listings that she knew we would love, and was available at the drop of a dime. Then we found it. The perfect home. Lisa took care of everything. She was absolutely incredible. It was right in our price range and it is absolutely perfect.
Five days after our offer was accepted, Lisa put our home on the market. With the combination of the home stagers she sent and the advice Lisa had given us throughout the process, the professional photos on the websites, the listing in the paper, and the signs around the neighborhood, our home was ready. By 9:30 pm that evening, we had accepted an offer! I can not say enough about the incredible experience we had with Brightskye Associates.
